Leveraging AI to QC Both AI & Human Written Content with Auto-Verification
Introduction to Auto-Verification
Manual data checking has long been one of the most time-consuming parts of regulatory writing. Weave now reviews each sentence automatically against your source files, flagging potential discrepancies with links back to the original data. Teams gain instant visibility into accuracy, reducing manual review cycles and increasing confidence that every statement is supported by the right evidence.
Benefits of this Feature:
- Verified statements can be trusted without additional manual review
- Potential issues are surfaced immediately for correction
- Teams improve submission quality while reducing review time
Purpose of Auto-Verification
- Allows teams to verify content automatically after generating it.
- Saves reviewer time by eliminating the need to check each piece of content manually.
- Highlights any disruptions for reviewers to check.

- Users can review the data line-by-line to confirm all sources.
- Sections underlined in green indicate that the AI has verified these parts with no discrepancies.
- Sections highlighted in red indicate issues that need attention.
- Hovering over red-highlighted sections reveals why the AI flagged them.
- Users can click into green and red highlighted sections to examine the associated sources and details provided by the AI
- Users have the option to:
- Verify the statement if it is correct.

- Once Flagged or Verified, Weave will replace the previous underline with a red or green leaf fold indicator to show a human has reviewed each sentence or cell value
